The BOOTCAMP is a 4 week training experience suitable for all levels. We are the first concept to provide individualized group training for women all ages. The Bootcamp is pre-programmed and focuses on building an overall healthy body and mind. We combine compound movements with deep core activation, mobility and postural exercises to reach harmony in our bodies.
All our participants get individual life coaching once per week concerning their health goals. We support our participants with everything from how to eat, sleep better, destress, which supplements to use to how to cycle sync our workouts. SCROLL DOWN FOR DATES AND TIMES! |

The WORKOUTS
The training is based on traditional strength training in the different periodization phases: Neuromuscular, hypertrophy & maximum load. We combine push & pull exercises in supersets to optimize metabolism and balance out the movement pattern. We work on strength, mobility and our cardiovascular system with periodization training and we combine compound movements with deep core activation, mobility and postural exercises to reach harmony in our bodies. The training focuses on shaping and toning the body in the right places but it's also vey much focused on counteracting general injuries from a modern lifestyle. The participants follow the bootcamp cycle and if they continue they get new exercises every 4 weeks. Every session is about 50 minutes long including warmup, walk-through and workout. We offer 3 strength workouts per week, 1 infra-red mobility workout and 1 box-fit class. All to give you the complete workout experience. All our participants get personal feedback online concerning their health goals. We support our participants with everything from how to eat, sleep better, destress, which supplements to use to how to cycle sync our workouts. The MOVEMENT is a class inspired by yoga and pilates choreographed to hiphop and deep house music performed in a room heated up by infrared panels. The MOVEMENT is specifically programmed to open up stiffness and prevent injuries in the body due to modern day lifestyle, it’s perfectly suitable for those who want a full body workout using their own body weight, their mind and breath at the same time. The lights are dimmed and we light palo santo to get grounded and aligned. Each class ends with a feel good emotion meditation. The MOVEMENT is available on Tuesdays at 6.30 pm. The BOX-FIT is a HIIT class inspired by mixed martial arts. We combine kicks & punches with jumping squats, burpees and other high intensity exercises. This partner workout will get you heart rate up high during short intervals and really work up a good sweat. BOX FIT is available on Thursdays at 12pm. |
