OUR BOOTCAMPS

We now offer you three types of bootcamps: The BOOTCAMP, The MINDFUL BOOTCAMP & The MOMMY BOOTCAMP.
Our bootcamps are 4 weeks training experiences suitable for all levels. We are the first concept to provide individualized group training for women all ages. Our Bootcamps are pre-programmed and focuses on building an overall healthy body and mind. We combine compound movements with deep core activation, mobility and postural exercises to reach harmony in our bodies.

All our participants get individual life coaching once per week concerning their health goals. We support our participants with everything from how to eat, sleep better, destress, which supplements to use to how to cycle sync our workouts.

The BOOTCAMP
The BOOTCAMP is our main strength workout program, which includes 3 strength workouts / week & 2 mobility workout in infra red heat / week. We work with periodization training and we combine compound movements with deep core activation, mobility and postural exercises to reach harmony in our bodies. All our participants get individual life coaching once per week concerning their health goals. We support our participants with everything from how to eat, which supplements to use, sleep better, destress to how to cycle sync our workouts.

The MINDFUL BOOTCAMP
The MINDFUL BOOTCAMP is a new concept at The PUSH Sthlm. It includes our class The MOVEMENT twice a week. The MOVEMENT is a class inspired by yoga and pilates choreographed to hiphop and deep house music performed in a room heated up by infrared panels. Participants will also get online life coaching once a week and help and support in their mindfulness practice at home. The MOVEMENT is specifically programmed to open up stiffness and prevent injuries in the body due to modern day lifestyle, it’s perfectly suitable for those who want a full body workout using their own body weight, their mind and breath at the same time.

The MOMMY BOOTCAMP
Made for mom’s that want to get back to a healthy and strong body postpartum. We will work with deep core activation and teach you to use your body in just the right way. The workouts will be individualized and adjusted to each and every persons needs. Babies are welcome. In this class we will try to keep the number of participants low. Our goal is to accommodate all moms, if we have more than 10 participants we will provide the class with an extra trainer.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME
Our Bootcamps are suitable for women of all ages and preconditions no previous experience is needed. Our programs are designed to challenge our more advanced participants while also being accesible to beginners. Our coaches are there to support you throughout your workout.

If you have a doctors note or something unexpected should happen you can freeze your memership and use yoour spot at a later time.
